Images on this web site are resized and highly compressed at 72 pixels/inch for optimum viewing. Some images can be downloaded by right click and saving image to your computer. Most can be printed as smaller images to a maximum of about 4x6 without too much image degradation

Print Ordering

Prints of Images can be ordered by simply noting the file name (shown under the image in most cases), and sending an email to misterdigital@comcast.net .

GALLERY images are ordered direct from the photo lab - by going to the ‘Gallery’ section and clicking on the key image

Ordered Images are printed from the full file size and 300 dots/inch, which results in considerably improved image quality. Ordered images will be color corrected, cropped, image enhanced and digitally retouched to make the best possible print.

A retouched Tiff file size of DSCF4278 = 17,879 KB

In other words, the downloadable image size of 42 KB is to be compared to the retouched size of 17, 897 KB. If you want a higher quality print or a print 5x7 or larger, we recommend you order it. If you want a 3-1/2 x 5 or smaller print - you may find you can get satisfactory results with your own download.
